Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Intellobyte issues refunds for services, projects, and any purchases made through our website or mobile application.
1. Custom Projects & Services
Intellobyte engagements are custom, project-based, and typically involve dedicated time, resources, and third-party costs from the moment work begins. Because of this:
- Deposits or upfront payments made to secure a project slot are non-refundable once work has commenced;
- Fees for milestones or deliverables already completed and approved are non-refundable;
- Refunds for undelivered work may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus costs already incurred for work completed, research, or third-party licenses.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- Intellobyte fails to deliver the agreed scope of work within a reasonable extended timeframe due to reasons solely attributable to us;
- A duplicate or erroneous payment was made in connection with an invoice;
- Both parties mutually agree in writing to cancel a project before substantial work has begun.
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations after work has started, or for dissatisfaction with a design or approach that was previously approved by the client.
3. App & In-App Purchases
If our mobile application offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, such purchases are processed through the applicable app store (e.g. Google Play). Refund requests for app store purchases are subject to the refund policies of that platform (for example, Google Play's refund policy), in addition to this policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@intellobyte.com within 7 days of the relevant payment or invoice date, including your name, invoice or transaction reference, and the reason for your request. We will review each request individually and respond within 5–7 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment and may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellations
Either party may propose to cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice. Upon cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, and any non-refundable deposits already paid.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
