Intellobyte provides custom software development, UI/UX design, mobile app development, web development, AI and automation solutions, business systems, and IT consulting services (“Services”). The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, quote, or agreement between Intellobyte and the client.

You agree to use our website and mobile app only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our app or software;
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data without our prior written consent.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on our website and app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and designs — is the property of Intellobyte or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a client project, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the relevant project agreement, excluding any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary components retained by Intellobyte.

Fees, payment schedules, and milestones for any project are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate information, and any content or assets required to complete a project. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input may affect agreed timelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellobyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, app, or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific engagement.

Our website, app, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
