Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Imaging Dental Solutions issues refunds for appointments, scans, and reports booked through our website, mobile app, or in person at any of our centers.
1. Diagnostic Scans & Reports
CBCT, OPG, and other imaging scans are diagnostic medical services performed at the time of your appointment. Once a scan has been performed, the service fee is non-refundable, as the imaging and reporting work has already been completed.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund of your appointment fee if:
- You cancel your appointment before the scan is performed, subject to our cancellation notice period;
- A duplicate or erroneous payment was made for the same appointment or service;
- The scan could not be completed due to a technical issue or error on our part;
- An appointment is cancelled by us due to unavailability of equipment or staff at the scheduled time.
Refunds are not available once a scan has been performed and a report has been generated, or for dissatisfaction with findings reported by the radiologist, as diagnostic results reflect the patient's actual clinical condition.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with reasonable advance notice. Please contact your branch directly as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can accommodate other patients and avoid cancellation charges where applicable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact the branch where your appointment was booked within 7 days of payment, including your name, appointment date, and payment reference. We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment and may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
