By booking an appointment, visiting our centers, or using our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Imaging Dental Solutions provides dental diagnostic imaging services, including CBCT (3D Dental CT Scans), OPG (2D Panoramic X-Rays), and additional 2D imaging, performed at our Wakad, Chinchwad, and Dombivali (TOMOSCAN) centers on referral from a treating dentist or on direct patient request.

• Scan images and reports are prepared to assist your referring dentist or treating clinician in diagnosis and treatment planning;
• Reports reflect findings as observed at the time of the scan and are not a substitute for clinical examination or professional medical judgment;
• Final diagnosis and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of your treating dentist or physician;
• Report turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on scan complexity or center workload.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information at the time of booking, arriving on time for scheduled appointments, and informing us of any relevant medical conditions (such as pregnancy) prior to the scan. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a scan where it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.

Fees for scans and reports are payable at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed with your referring clinic. Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

You agree to use our website and app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' access to our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imaging Dental Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, app, or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
